About This Seminar Have you transitioned from managing a traditional team to a more remote team? Have you worked out all of the new challenges associated with a virtual team? Before the Coronavirus, approximately 2.9 million people in the United States worked full-time as remote workers; 37% of organizations had experienced an increase in the number of requests for "flexible work arrangements" and up to 80 % of employees wanted to be able to work from home at least some of the time. Today, remote working arrangements where possible have taken over our business communities. As the business community begins to return to pre-pandemic operations or hybrid operations, it is quite likely the appeal of remote work will continue. Reliance on virtual teams to accomplish your team goals and team member objectives brings its own challenges and uncertainty. Remote management requires the right structure and support systems be in place, to make sure that the work your team accomplishes in their remote working environments reflects both your shared goals and purpose. Who Should Attend Current and future managers and team leads with responsibilities for coordinating the efforts of remote or hybrid teams or individuals; Human Resources professionals serving as advisors to current and future remote team managers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Transfers Student substitutions are permitted at any time up to the start of the class. Fourteen (14) days or more prior to the start of the class – No charges will be incurred for cancelling or transfer of class registration. Thirteen (13) days or fewer prior to the start of the class – The full tuition is due. There is no credit available to transfer or refund. If rescheduling, an additional payment in the amount of the new registration will also be due. Student No Show If a student fails to attend class, the full tuition is due and there is no credit available to transfer or refund. Refunds and Credits Refunds are made upon request only for registrations cancelled fourteen (14) calendar days, or more, prior to the class start date. Credits granted can be used for any future class.
