About This Seminar Are management responsibilities in your future? Have you ever wished that being a “supervisor/manager” came with a manual? Most people are promoted into supervision with little if any preparation or training. Exceptional performance turns into a promotion, but then what? Whether you would like to hit the ground running as a new supervisor or build onto what you already have accomplished as a more experienced manager, this workshop helps with both a successful transition and continued growth in critical management skills. Who Should Attend People newly promoted into supervisory or management positions; individuals preparing for future supervisory responsibilities; current or future team leads; existing managers who want to build additional skills; Human Resources professionals who advise current and future supervisors.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Transfers Student substitutions are permitted at any time up to the start of the class. Fourteen (14) days or more prior to the start of the class – No charges will be incurred for cancelling or transfer of class registration. Thirteen (13) days or fewer prior to the start of the class – The full tuition is due. There is no credit available to transfer or refund. If rescheduling, an additional payment in the amount of the new registration will also be due. Student No Show If a student fails to attend class, the full tuition is due and there is no credit available to transfer or refund. Refunds and Credits Refunds are made upon request only for registrations cancelled fourteen (14) calendar days, or more, prior to the class start date. Credits granted can be used for any future class.
