Both globalization and a more diverse workforce have had dramatic and positive effects on how much organizational and individual cultural values play a role in business success and team member engagement. Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is the capability to relate and work effectively in culturally diverse situations. Awareness is the first step, but it is not enough. A culturally intelligent individual also can effectively work and relate with people and projects across different cultural contexts. Diversity itself does not lead to better solutions. High CQ levels are needed to leverage differences to design better business solutions and more inclusive working environments. About This Seminar Cultural intelligence provides a pragmatic strategy and skill set for how to relate and work across cultural differences at home and abroad, whether in person or online. The culturally intelligent person who understands global and domestic diversity is able to work more effectively with peers, coworkers, and customers with different international backgrounds and from different generations, ethnicities, functions, organizations, regions, and more.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Transfers Student substitutions are permitted at any time up to the start of the class. Fourteen (14) days or more prior to the start of the class – No charges will be incurred for cancelling or transfer of class registration. Thirteen (13) days or fewer prior to the start of the class – The full tuition is due. There is no credit available to transfer or refund. If rescheduling, an additional payment in the amount of the new registration will also be due. Student No Show If a student fails to attend class, the full tuition is due and there is no credit available to transfer or refund. Refunds and Credits Refunds are made upon request only for registrations cancelled fourteen (14) calendar days, or more, prior to the class start date. Credits granted can be used for any future class.
