About This Seminar What’s worse than conflict in the workplace? Ignoring conflict in the workplace. Conflicts are inevitable . . . anger, holding grudges, hurt, and blame are not. Conflict resolution can be a growth opportunity. With the right tools and frame of mind, you often can resolve conflicts in a way that benefits everyone involved. Once people understand conflict and how to more effectively manage it, fear and avoidance can disappear, while personal growth and productivity expand. Who Should Attend Anyone interested in self-assessment and improvements in his/her conflict resolution skills; current and future managers, supervisors, team leads, and human resources professionals who need to be able to both model and facilitate conflict resolution between others.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Transfers Student substitutions are permitted at any time up to the start of the class. Fourteen (14) days or more prior to the start of the class – No charges will be incurred for cancelling or transfer of class registration. Thirteen (13) days or fewer prior to the start of the class – The full tuition is due. There is no credit available to transfer or refund. If rescheduling, an additional payment in the amount of the new registration will also be due. Student No Show If a student fails to attend class, the full tuition is due and there is no credit available to transfer or refund. Refunds and Credits Refunds are made upon request only for registrations cancelled fourteen (14) calendar days, or more, prior to the class start date. Credits granted can be used for any future class.
