More and more organizations were offering their teams flexible work options even before the global pandemic required many of us to work more and more from a distance. Businesses now rely on remote teams more than ever to accomplish their team goals and individual team member objectives. While remote work will continue beyond our current requirements to offer flexibility, increased job satisfaction, and higher productivity, virtual teams also come with a number of challenges that, if not addressed, can undermine goals, relationships, and team effectiveness. Who Should Attend Anyone currently working remotely or within a hybrid work arrangement or planning to so in the future; current and future managers who would like to know what it takes to succeed as a remote worker; Human Resources professional who serve as advisors to employees with full- or part-time remote working arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Transfers Student substitutions are permitted at any time up to the start of the class. Fourteen (14) days or more prior to the start of the class – No charges will be incurred for cancelling or transfer of class registration. Thirteen (13) days or fewer prior to the start of the class – The full tuition is due. There is no credit available to transfer or refund. If rescheduling, an additional payment in the amount of the new registration will also be due. Student No Show If a student fails to attend class, the full tuition is due and there is no credit available to transfer or refund. Refunds and Credits Refunds are made upon request only for registrations cancelled fourteen (14) calendar days, or more, prior to the class start date. Credits granted can be used for any future class.
